Burning Rice is the perfect Korean BBQ restaurants to come to Frisco and Lewisville. Burning Rice offers build-your-own bowls topped with bulgogi, tofu, or spicy pork and a variety of vegetables.
If your dining in, I recommend you get your order in a hot stone bowl. This creates a delightfully crispy layer of rice at the bottom...yummm!
Bibimbop
Is one of Korea's signature dishes which translate to "mind rice with meat and assorted vegetables."
It is served in a bowl of steamed rice with a variety of seasoned vegetables, a choice of marinated meat, seafood or tofu and is topped off with an egg or sesame seeds.

Japchae
Sweet potato noodle stirred in sesame oil and garnished with toasted sesame seeds.
This is the perfect balance of sweet and savory flavors and a mouthwatering fragrance.
Kimchi
"Critically vital and quintessential to any Korean meal. It is a vegetable dish - chili pickled cabbage that is preserved and lightly fermented in bright red chili flakes, highly seasoned with pepper and garlic and contains amounts of good nutrition such as vitamin C and fiber."
Bulgogi (literally fire + meat)
Marinated sliced rib-eye. This is another Korean speciality barbecued meat. While it is normally made with beef/brisket, Bulgogi can be made with thin strip son pork or chicken. Before the meat is grilled, it's marinated in soy sauce and garlic and sesame oil.
